It's not that far from the Dead Sea.
We reached the Dead Sea beachin five minutes on foot.
Helpful staff, good rooms with balcony to the sea, nice food, peacocks in the garden - well if was pretty fine for a couple of days
Friendly staff, clean room, good location in 5 minutes walk from the Dead Sea beach and Ein Bokek shopping and promenade area.
No free Wi-Fi in the lobby and no WI-Fi at all in rooms, which is uncomfortable for the days. We had to ask to change our room because of the hard smell of smoke in non-smoking room. Anyway, a reception manager had solved that problem very quickly, what was good.
Hotel staff, facility, comfort
Great manager. Very helpful.
It is an old hotel. Quality of dinner is barely sufficient. Tv is analogue. There is no hair drier in the room. We did not use the air conditioning system, but it seems quite basic.
Attractive grounds and pool area, friendly, helpful and honest staff: I left my wallet in the lobby and one of the employees held it at the desk until I was able to pick it up. I appreciated having the shuttle to the beach and to the Meridian Hotel next door. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and a variety of different foods were offered
The rooms are small and rather depressing in decor; the bathrooms really need to be updated. The grounds are attractive, but the hallways and public areas are shabby and require renovation:
We were visiting Israel on a vacation from Florida. The hotel amenities Were below acceptable level. The payment per night was around $250, the room was dirty and missing a light bulb, today hotels offers free WiFi at the lobie, the hotel price could include a hair dryer. Breakfast room was not appealing. Overall, the hotel was overpriced. We did not enjoy our stay and will not recommend this hotel to anyone else.
Nothing at all The place is set in a part of the world which is spectactular, but that is where it end the Hotel is shabby untidy crossly overpriced and it leaves you with that "ripped off" feeling. The food was a mixture of re-worked from the night before and the badly prepared.
The staff were not friendly and they charged my credit card the full amount on arrival, instead of the normal arrangement when they charge it all at the end. I imagine this is so you cannot leave if you dont like it. Avoid this place at all costs.
We enjoyed walking down the hill to the tsell harim entrance to the beach (and used the condo entrance next door to get to the beach when they had the gates locked. Especially nice at night-- 9-10 P.M.. Breakfast & Dinner were included & the food was good! A full buffet each time. The staff, especially an Ethiopian-looking young woman at the front desk, were helpful.
The first room was in very bad repair- old, things broken, the shower leaked badly on to the bathroom floor. The room they sent us to the 2nd night was an improvement, but, again, old & badly needing repairs. Not worthy of the Leonardo name.
food spa transport to spa. manager was very kind.
conection to telaviv airport.
Meals were good; near Negev sights
Service at reception on checkin was poor
Most of the staff was very friendly, the spa opportunities. The location competed to price.
The receptionists were all arrogant, and did not seem to care about the costumes. They behaved really bad. You have to make reservation online to get the best price, else the staff gives you a price that is double of the Booked.net price.
